OT Assistant Staff:

An OT Assistant ability to work effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other team members in a high-pressure environment. Understanding of spine & orthopedic surgical instruments, procedures, and anatomy.

OT Rotational Staff:

An OT Rotational Staff ability to work effectively with OT assistant, nurses, and other team members in a high-pressure environment. Understanding of surgical instruments & procedures.

Responsibilities:

OT ASSISTANT

• Ensuring all necessary surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and properly arranged.

• Prepare anesthesia trolley & OT table according to surgery.

• Handle Pre-post-surgical procedures.

OT ASSISTANT

• Supporting patient preparation, transportation, and post-operative care.

• Maintaining medical equipment, instruments, and supplies.

• Ensuring proper sterilization and cleaning of equipment and theater areas.

Qualification:

• Education: Certified with O.T Assistant course Or any degree

• Experience: Minimum of 1 &  2 year of experience in Operation Theater and Fresher also can apply.
