Description:

The Nursing Staff is responsible for giving prescribed medications, monitoring their effects, and ensuring proper dosages. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Act as patient advocates, ensuring they receive the proper care, treatment, and respect, and addressing any concerns the patient or family members may have.

Responsibilities:

• Nursing tasks such as medication administration, patient assessment, IV therapy, and wound care.

• To communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members and having problem-solving and adaptability in their past experience.

• Assess reliability, punctuality, and overall professionalism. Look for a strong work ethic, dedication to patient care, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Ready for flexibility in working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of medication and injections.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor in Nursing, GNM & ANM with GNC Registration. Or Certified Nursing Certificate.
